From one HOA to a growing framework
YouthConnect Network was founded by Ayaan Shah after he launched a youth-led committee in his own HOA and saw how young people could strengthen community life. What began as a local effort to increase connection and support older neighbors has grown into a broader model helping communities create youth-led chapters focused on intergenerational engagement, service, and civic connection.
